Job description
LOFT in Springfield, VA is seeking a Sales Lead to deliver personalized customer experiences and support store associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to become an expert on store functions and be ready to step in as manager when needed.
Requirements include retail sales experience, management experience preferred, strong communication and coaching skills, and flexible availability evenings, weekends and holidays.
