Job description
Chico's store in Castle Rock, CO is seeking a Sales Lead to supervise the team, model brand standards, and drive a welcoming, customer-centered culture that reflects our hospitality. You will partner with store leadership to direct daily operations and coaching for performance goals.
The role requires 2 years of retail management experience, flexibility for nights and weekends, and excellent communication. This is a regular/part-time, on-site position with competitive pay and benefits.
