Job description
KnitWell Group in Winter Park, FL is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards while creating a welcoming, customer-centered environment. This role drives sales, coaching, and operational excellence on the floor and in back-room activities.
You will open/close, manage scheduling, inventory, and cash handling, while promoting an omni-channel approach and providing coaching to team members.
