Job description
LOFT in Charleston, SC is seeking a Sales Lead to model and deliver exceptional customer experiences while coaching associates and supporting store operations. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to onboard and develop a high-engagement team and to step in as manager when needed.
Key duties include driving a customer-focused environment, using tools to enable omnichannel service, giving in-the-moment feedback, building relationships, and maintaining visual and operational standards.
