Job description
LOFT is hiring a Sales Lead in Rancho Cucamonga, CA to support and role model excellent customer experiences. You will guide associates, collaborate with the Store Manager, and step in as manager when needed to ensure seamless store operations.
You will help onboard and develop a highly engaged team, uphold brand standards, and drive a profitable, customer-focused environment through effective coaching and problem solving.
