Job description
Journeys in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Sales Lead to assist store management with basic operations and drive sales. You will help develop associates, coach team members, and ensure performance standards.
This role requires opening/closing duties, supervising daily store operations in the absence of management, and delivering a fun, full-service customer experience. You will train staff, resolve issues, and uphold Journeys' culture of teamwork and opportunity.
