Job description
LOFT in Hagerstown, MD is seeking a Sales Lead to model outstanding customer experiences and guide associates. You will partner with the Store Manager to master store functions and be ready to step in as manager when needed.
Responsibilities include representing the brand, aiding onboarding, coaching staff, maintaining visual standards, and leveraging tools to drive a customer-focused, profitable team. Evening and weekend availability required.
