Job description
Soma in Woodbridge, VA is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards while delivering welcoming, customer-centered experiences that reflect our culture of hospitality.
You will set the tone for achieving team goals, coach associates, manage scheduling and inventory, and support daily operations including cash handling. A minimum of 2 years in retail management is preferred, with flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.
