Job description
The Salvation Army in San Jose seeks a Sales Lead to drive store operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and promote Do The Most Good at the Stevens Creek Thrift Store.
You will partner with the Store Manager, supervise staff, analyze performance, and safeguard cash and inventory while engaging with donors and the community. This is a part-time, mission-driven role with opportunities for growth.
