Job description
J.Jill in Virginia Beach is seeking a Sales Lead to support store leadership, drive sales, and coach the team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will build authentic connections with customers and communities while upholding our inclusive culture.
The role requires 1+ years in retail, strong communication, and a passion for customer service. You will train teammates, meet sales targets, and manage daily store operations including opening/closing routines and merchandising.
