Job description
KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead for Chico's in Scarsdale, NY. You will supervise the team, uphold brand standards, and create a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our culture of hospitality.
You will partner with store leaders to drive sales, coach staff, and manage daily operations, including cash handling and scheduling, while delivering memorable customer experiences and ensuring a high level of teamwork across the store.
