White House Black Market in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards on the sales floor. You will coach associates, manage scheduling, and help drive sales while maintaining excellent customer service.
The role requires 18+ with strong communication skills and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. This position offers opportunities for growth within our brand family.
