Job description
Soma stores in Palm Desert, CA are seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, guide the sales team, and embody our customer-focused culture of hospitality.
You will coach staff, manage opening/closing, assist with scheduling, inventory, and promotions, and provide an omni-channel shopping experience. The role requires at least 2 years in retail management and a passion for empowering customers through service.
