Job description
Soma Woodbury is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model a welcoming, customer‑centric culture that goes beyond the transaction.
You will drive brand priorities on the sales floor, coach associates, manage operations like cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment, and maintain high standards of service, teamwork, and performance at Store 5444-Woodbury Lakes.
