Job description
WHBM in Carmel, IN seeks a Sales Lead to supervise the team, uphold brand standards, and model a welcoming, customer-focused environment reflecting our hospitality culture.
You will lead by example on the sales floor, share product knowledge, coach associates, and support scheduling and operations to drive exceptional service and sales results.
Preferred 2 years of retail management experience; must be 18+, with flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
