Job description
WHBM in Edison, NJ seeks a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and model brand standards, creating a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our culture of hospitality and drives sales.
You’ll open/close, share brand priorities, coach associates, manage scheduling, inventory, and cash handling, and ensure knowledge of current promotions. Must be 18+, with 2 years retail management preferred and flexible availability.
