KnitWell Group's White House Black Market unit in Columbus is seeking a Sales Lead to supervise the team, uphold brand standards, and deliver welcoming, customer-focused service on the sales floor. You will partner with store leaders, coach staff, manage schedules, assist with opening and closing, handle cash and inventory, and drive sales through knowledge of products and omni-channel initiatives.
Availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays; candidates should bring 2 years retail
