Job description
White-House-Black-Marke is seeking a Sales Lead in Fairview Heights, IL to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and model customer-first service. You’ll help uphold brand standards and foster a positive culture while guiding staff to achieve goals.
You will drive product knowledge on the floor, support omni-channel initiatives, and assist with operations like cash handling, scheduling, and inventory. Prior experience in retail management is preferred and flexibility is required.
