Job description
WHBM in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model the customer-centric culture. You will drive brand standards, coach teammates, and ensure seamless omni-channel experiences that reflect hospitality and style.
You’ll open/close the store, share brand priorities, manage scheduling and inventory, and support ongoing development of associates while maintaining a welcoming sales floor environment.
