Job description
Chico’s store in Salt Lake City is hiring a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards. You will set the tone for a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our culture of hospitality.
You will coach and develop staff, manage scheduling and daily operations, and drive sales through product knowledge and an omni-channel approach.
