Job description
Chico’s in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership to supervise the team and uphold our hospitality-driven culture. You will set the tone on the sales floor and model brand standards to deliver memorable, personalized experiences for customers.
You will assist with store operations including opening/closing, scheduling, and inventory, while coaching staff to meet performance goals and maintain exceptional customer service.
