Job description
Soma is hiring a Sales Lead in Gambrills, MD to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards. You will create a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our culture of hospitality and help shape a positive team dynamic.
You will oversee operations on the floor, coach associates, manage scheduling and inventory, and support store initiatives with a hands-on leadership approach.
