Job description
Chico's Irvine store is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model exceptional hospitality. You will set the tone for customer-focused experiences, guide staff, and ensure brand standards on the sales floor and in operations.
With 2 years of retail management preferred, you will coach colleagues, handle scheduling and inventory, and contribute to a positive, inclusive culture. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.
