Job description
WHBM Palm Desert is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model the brand of hospitality through personalized customer experiences. You will help set the tone for achieving goals with clear direction and support, creating a welcoming environment that reflects our culture.
You’ll lead by example on the sales floor, coach teammates, manage scheduling and operations, and utilize an omni-channel approach to connect with customers across touchpoints.
