Job description
Lane Bryant is seeking a Sales Lead in Snellville, GA to create an engaging environment for customers and associates. You will partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans, train and motivate staff, and step into the Manager role when needed.
You will lead the team to meet sales goals by leveraging our selling model, scheduling, and brand guidelines while providing exceptional service in a fast-paced fashion retail setting.
