Job description
Journeys in Hoover, AL is seeking a Sales Lead to support store management with daily operations and to develop associates while achieving store and personal sales goals. You will participate in training and mentoring a successful sales team and uphold high standards of performance.
Responsibilities include coaching, enforcing company policies, managing opening/closing, and delivering a fun, full-service customer experience. Night/weekend shifts required.
