Job description
Journeys in Lakeland, FL is seeking motivated sales teammates to support store management, develop associates, and achieve sales goals. This role offers opportunities to lead the sales floor, train staff, and deliver a fun, full-service experience to customers.
You will learn company policies, supervise daily operations in management's absence, handle loss prevention, and communicate store needs. Prior retail experience is a plus; willingness to learn and work nights and weekends is required;
