Job description
Downeast in Park City is hiring a Sales Lead to join our retail team. You will oversee daily operations, coach associates, and actively drive store sales while maintaining a friendly, service-oriented atmosphere.
The role requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to stand for extended periods, lift items, and work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment. Previous retail experience is preferred.
