Job description
LOFT is hiring a Sales Lead in Barrington, IL. You will support and role model exceptional customer experiences, partnering with the Store Manager to run store operations and step in as manager when needed.
We seek at least 6 months of retail sales experience and a background in leading teams. Responsiveness to customers, tech-savvy POS use, and flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.
