Shoe Palace is seeking a Retail Sales Lead to drive sales and lead store teams in a fast-paced retail environment in the United States. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, coaching sales staff, and maintaining a vibrant, organized store that reflects the Shoe Palace brand.
The ideal candidate will be an energetic, outgoing leader with a passion for fashion and athletic footwear. Weekend availability is required, and prior experience in selling athletic shoes is a plus.
