Job description
Cole Haan is seeking an in-store leader in Las Vegas to drive sales and profitability while upholding the brand’s philosophy and policies. You will guide a team, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure visual merchandising standards across the store.
Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing expenses, and meeting KPI targets, with a focus on loss prevention and safe operations. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
