KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model exceptional customer-centric service in Oklahoma City. You will set the tone for achieving goals, coach staff, and ensure brand standards while creating a welcoming, fashion-forward environment.
You will lead by example on the sales floor, manage store operations, and support scheduling while fostering teamwork and a positive atmosphere across our outlets.
