Job description
knitwellgroup is seeking a Sales Lead at our Chico's store in Waterloo, NY. You will partner with store leaders to supervise the team, lead by example, and support leadership responsibilities while upholding brand standards and delivering memorable, hospitality-driven experiences for customers.
In this role, you will coach the team, manage opening/closing, handle cash and scheduling, and ensure inventory and merchandising excellence.
