Job description
Soma Novi, MI is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model brand standards. You’ll guide daily operations, deliver personalized customer experiences, and foster a welcoming, hospitality-driven environment.
You will coach staff, communicate brand priorities, manage scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and ensure merchandise is replenished. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required; must be 18+ with strong communication and teamwork.
