Job description
Chico's FAS, Inc. in New Orleans is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards.
You will guide daily operations, coach teammates, and foster a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our hospitality culture. You’ll manage opening/closing, schedule and inventory tasks, and promote product knowledge while using an omni-channel approach to serve customers and drive performance.
