Job description
Chico’s is seeking a Sales Lead at Store 0572-Washington Square-Chico’s in Tigard, OR. You will supervise the team, lead by example, and support leadership responsibilities to deliver exceptional, personalized guest experiences that reflect our hospitality culture.
You will coach staff, share brand priorities, and manage operations such as scheduling, cash handling, and inventory while ensuring knowledge of promotions and policies. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
