Job description
knitwellgroup operates WHBM at Store 3253-Wrentham Village Premium Outlets-WHBM-Wrentham, MA. The Sales Lead partners with store leaders to supervise the team, lead by example, uphold brand standards, and foster a welcoming, customer-centered environment that mirrors our hospitality culture.
You will manage opening/closing duties, communicate brand priorities, coach staff, and drive performance with an omni-channel sales approach while maintaining strong product knowledge.
