Job description
Goodwill Hawaii is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to support the Retail Store Manager in guiding staff and running daily store operations. You will help ensure a well-organized sales floor, deliver exceptional customer service, and coach team members to meet performance goals.
Responsibilities include staff scheduling, merchandise handling, sales reporting, and maintaining a safe work environment while upholding Goodwill’s mission to empower individuals through work.
