Job description
Soma in The Shops at Nanuet, NY is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards. You will foster a welcoming, customer-centered environment that goes beyond the transaction to create memorable experiences.
You will coach the sales team, share product knowledge, and support operations including cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and merchandising. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
