Job description
Freehold Raceway Mall is seeking a Sales Lead to support store management with daily operations, develop associates, and help achieve sales goals. You will oversee opening/closing duties, supervise daily operations in management's absence, coach the team, handle customer issues, and ensure a fun, full-service shopping experience.
The role requires retail experience, strong communication, ability to multi-task, and willingness to work nights and weekends.
