Job description
The Salvation Army Salinas Thrift Store is seeking a Sales Lead to assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including opening, closing, POS use, inventory, and donations. You will help drive sales and maintain excellent donor service in a fast-paced retail environment.
Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of retail experience, supervisory experience preferred, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
