Job description
Chico’s in Traverse City, MI is seeking a Sales Lead to supervise the store team, model behavior, and support leadership responsibilities. You’ll set the tone for a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our culture of hospitality.
You’ll partner with store leaders to open and close operations, communicate brand priorities, coach associates, and ensure outstanding customer experiences across in-store and omni-channel channels.
