Job description
LOFT's Flemington store is seeking a Sales Lead to model outstanding customer experiences and support associates. You will partner with the Store Manager to master store operations and be ready to step in as manager when needed.
You will drive a customer‑focused environment, assist onboarding and development of the team, uphold visual and service standards, and ensure a seamless omnichannel experience for customers across shifts.
