Job description
Chico's in Hilton Head Island, SC is seeking a Sales Lead to support store leadership, model brand standards, and create a welcoming, customer-first environment on the sales floor.
You will coach associates, handle cash operations, assist with scheduling, inventory, and merchandising, and communicate brand priorities to the team. Omni-channel initiatives help deliver seamless customer experiences; flexible availability is required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
