Job description
Soma, a fashion-forward intimate apparel brand, is seeking a Sales Lead for our Rochester Hills store. You will partner with store leaders to supervise the team, uphold brand standards, and create a welcoming customer-centered environment that reflects our culture of hospitality.
You will influence day-to-day operations, coach partners, manage scheduling, and drive sales through product knowledge and teamwork, including omni-channel initiatives.
