Job description
Talbots, Inc. is seeking a Sales Lead to join our Riverhead store. You will model exceptional customer experiences and guide associates to deliver personalized service.
Work closely with the Store Manager to learn store operations and step in as manager when needed. Ideal candidates will have some retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to coach and motivate a team. This regular/part-time role offers evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a pay range align to market norms
