Job description
Chico's is seeking a Sales Lead at our Beaumont, TX location to support store leadership and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will supervise the team, model brand standards, and contribute to a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our hospitality culture.
You will also coach associates, assist with scheduling, merchandise replenishment, and adherence to store policies while leveraging an omni-channel approach to sales.
