Job description
Chico’s in Schererville, IN seeks a Sales Lead to supervise the team, uphold brand standards, and model a customer‑centered environment that goes beyond transactions. You will partner with store leaders to direct daily operations, coach associates, and ensure memorable shopping experiences aligned with our hospitality culture.
The role requires 2 years of retail management experience (preferred), strong communication, and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
