Job description
KnitWell Group operates a Charlotte LOFT Outlet and seeks a Sales Lead to drive exceptional customer experiences and guide and support associates. You will work with the Store Manager to become an expert on store functions and be ready to step in as manager when needed.
You will help deliver personalized service, coach teammates, and uphold high visual and operational standards while fostering a collaborative, inclusive atmosphere. This role emphasizes teamwork and customer focus.
