Job description
Knitwell Group is seeking a Sales Lead at Store 3644-Charlotte Premium Outlets-WHBM-Charlotte, NC. In this role you will partner with store leaders to supervise the team, set direction, and uphold brand standards, delivering memorable, customer-centered experiences that reflect our hospitality culture.
You will coach and support staff, handle operations, and ensure the team meets performance goals while maintaining a positive work environment. Prior leadership in retail preferred.
